Lay your burden's down at the Cross Jesus says in Matthew 11:28 "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest," Money problems, relationship problems, work issues, family issues, health issues. Life is tough. How do we find help? Its really easy, call on your Savior. 2000 years ago when Jesus walked the earth He not only suffered himself, but was a first hand witness to others pain and suffering. He worked constantly to help those that were weary and burdened. Where is He now? When Jesus left he gave us the Church and sent the Holy Spirit. The Church is there to help and the Holy Spirit is within us to guide and comfort. Most importantly, Jesus wants us to call on Him directly. Raise up our burdens, call on His name to help, and believe that He will. |

Speaking of Jesus...another miracle occured on New Years Eve! A stranger to God's Barn, to us, and to Jesus came through our doors on New Years Eve. After an evening of fellowship, worship, communion, and testimonies, this stranger had discovered the love of Jesus in other's and wanted to know it herself. At midnight she laid her past life of brokeness down at the Cross and exchanged it for a new life in Christ...Praisealluiah!...Thank you God for capturing her heart! :) |
